Is shipping included?

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on size and your location. Most of my pieces qualify for FREE shipping to the UK.

Note: At the current time shipping costs are varying significantly due to Covid-19 restrictions, especially on air freight. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.

When can I expect my delivery? Can I collect?

Most orders will be packed and shipped within 7 working days. All shipments are tracked and will require signature on delivery. Deliveries to UK will arrive within 2 days from time of shipping but please note that deliveries overseas could take up to 10 days.

If you live near Oxford you are more than welcome to collect your artwork directly from me, or I could even deliver it to you personally. Rememer it’s only me on the other side of the screen so, any questions, feel free to ask.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do ship internationally and can provide you with a quote ahead of your purchase but please note that shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional costs.

What happens if the artwork is not as expected?

I want you to be completely happy with any artwork you buy from me. If you want to see any specific detail before purchasing, I will be happy to send additional photographs and videos.

If once you receive it, it is not quite what you were expecting, don’t worry. I offer a 30 day return policy provided that the artwork is in its original condition.

You will be responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. You will also be responsible for the shipping costs. Once the piece has been received I will refund your payment minus the cost of shipping and PayPal fees within 10 days.

What happens if the artwork arrives damaged?

I pack and protect my artworks to ensure they reach you in perfect condition and I use Royal Mail for the shipping. If you receive work that has been damaged in transit please get in touch as soon as possible (within 7 days from delivery) and keep a few photographs for the record.
